Dignity in Care Overview Dignity in Care should be a fundamental aspect of care delivery and is emphasised in the Health and Social Care Act 2008, the Human Rights Act and CQC Essential Standards.  This course has been designed to inform delegates of how they can make a difference and improve their standards of care.  The course identifies what service users can expect from their service providers and helps the delegates to improve their practice. Duration:  3 hours
